Welcome to Oynma (“we,” “our,” “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, and AI-based questioning system (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

 The Basics 

1. Nature of the Service

Oynma is an interactive AI-powered platform designed to provide thought-provoking questions and prompts for self-reflection, awareness, and personal development.
We do not provide answers, solutions, factual advice, medical recommendations, legal guidance, financial planning, or any form of professional consultancy. All outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended solely for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes.

2. No Responsibility for Decisions or Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • All interactions with the Platform are non-binding and non-directive.

  • We make no guarantees as to the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any information or content provided.

  • Any decisions you make based on the Platform’s outputs are entirely your own responsibility.

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or adverse outcome—direct or indirect—arising from your use of the Platform.

This includes, without limitation, financial losses, personal injury, emotional distress, business interruptions, or legal disputes.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, branding, and AI-generated materials remain the intellectual property of Oynma or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or commercial exploitation is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

4. Privacy & Data Use

Your interactions with the Platform may be processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy [link]. We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) in the EU, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) in the U.S., and the Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) in China. The Platform is accessible globally. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with local laws in your jurisdiction.
We make no representation that the Platform is appropriate, legal, or available in all locations. Access is at your own risk and discretion.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Oynma, its affiliates, officers, employees, and partners from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law in the U.S., EU, China, and other applicable jurisdictions:

  • Oynma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

  • Our total liability, if any, for any claim related to the Platform will not exceed USD $50.

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations of liability; in such cases, these limitations apply to the fullest extent permissible under the law.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  • United States: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Delaware.

  • European Union: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, with disputes resolved in Irish courts.

  • China: These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, with disputes resolved in the courts of Beijing.

  • Rest of the World: Unless otherwise required by law, these Terms shall be governed by the laws of London, United Kingdom, with disputes resolved in London, United Kingdoman courts.

  • Oynma is not a substitute for professional advice of any kind, including but not limited to medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

  • Outputs generated by the Platform may be fictional, speculative, or incomplete.

  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the content and determining its relevance or applicability to your personal circumstances.

  • By continuing to use Oynma, you release us from any and all liability arising from your reliance on the Platform.
